There will be a number of activities for children and teens that will require an armband purchase. Among these are a variety of inflatables, including a 27-foot-long triple slide and several inflatable obstacle courses. A new attraction called the “Toxic Meltdown” pits contestants against a spinning arm that has to be dodged or jumped.
The kids’ area will also include a mini trackless train for rides around the venue. The Amazi’N Blazi’N Fire Truck, a ride-on firetruck, will make its first appearance at the festival. The ever-popular FFA farm area will be open with live farm animals. Pony rides from His Barn will be available for an additional cost.
Armbands will be sold for $12 to access these attractions on both days of the event. A pre-sale through PTOs at area schools will offer the bands for $10 before the event. Dance U will also presell bands 3-9 p.m. daily beginning Oct. 22.
Purchased armbands are good for both days of the festival.
